These Reggae gals make great music when simply jamming without an audience

They are Sevana, Jaz Elise, Lila Ikè and Naomi Cowan performing for a BBC 1Xtra series which was active during that dark year of the "pandemic" which took out many lives and caused so much mental distress, but that's behind us now.

As with any state of depression, sadness and desperation, the sound of music tends to bring good spirits and joy, and when these lovely women met at Camp Habitat studio in Irish Town, Kingston Jamaica for a spontaneous jam session, their spirits united and they just forgot the hate filled world beyond that space and let their voices ring out. It is a timeless performance.
